Everyone’s favourite girls are back (minus Samantha) in the highly anticipated Sex and the City reboot. Watch the official trailer below and read on to find out about the new And Just Like That television series.

We can hear the opening credits now! The hugely successful Sex and the City TV series premiered in the late 90’s with the final episode airing in 2004 after six hilarious and drama filled seasons. Now, over a decade later, Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda are back, continuing to navigate New York City life, this time in their 50s.

What is And Just Like That?

And Just Like That is the new chapter and official reboot of the ground-breaking series Sex and the City.  The highly anticipated series follows “Carrie” (Sarah Jessica Parker), “Miranda” (Cynthia Nixon) and “Charlotte” (Kristin Davis) as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s.

 

The series also includes previously announced cast members Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Chris Noth, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Willie Garson, and Evan Handler.

When will the And Just Like That series start?

The ten-episode series from executive producer Michael Patrick King, will debut on HBO Max on the 9th December, 2021. The first two episodes will drop the same day, while the following eight 30 minute long episodes will premiere on subsequent weeks, every Thursday.
